
	We offer a wonderful selection of fresh baked pies and tarts made from scratch, seasonal specialties and an array of cookies, cupcakes, cakes and more. We are committed to freshness, quality of ingredients and customer satisfaction. No preservatives are added. Special orders are welcome and we will even bake your pie in a glass plate if you wish. We aren't your traditional bakery. We're more like family helping out in mom's kitchen. Yes, we all taste test everything we make. It may be the reason why our children don't mind helping out when it gets busy. Our ice cream and gelato are hand made in small batches, both are treats worthy of return visits. Whether it be the all American love of ice cream or the burst of fresh flavor from Italy's version gelato, indulge. How about an ice cream cake made with your favorite flavors and toppings? Express your creativity and we'll do the work. Ice cream cakes make great birthday or special occasion cakes. Ice cream cookie sandwiches and chocolate covered cheesecake or key lime pie slices are good-to-go treats. Sundaes, floats, malts, fruit smoothies and milk shakes are also available. Some examples of the ice cream flavors are honeycomb, the seasonal cranberry (locally grown, made right after the first harvest), ginger, fudge brownie using Ann's decadently sinful brownies, and the best butter pecan ice cream you have ever tasted. Gelato is new to many customers but samples are always offered. The fruit flavors might include peach mango, blood orange, pineapple...you may find tiramisu, chai, or coconut. Our original concept of serving pies a la mode snowballed into new ideas such as offering frozen chicken and beef pot pies, homemade baked beans and many varieties of quiche. We developed a chicken pie recipe you're sure to love. The filling is creamy, perfectly seasoned with a generous amount of chicken complemented by peas and carrots. All of this goodness is piled into a flaky, all butter crust. The pie's popularity prompted adding savory beef pot pies which have potatoes, carrots and string beans to our menu. Both are frozen for your convenience. Quiche and homemade baked beans also make life a little easier for the busy family.
